contents-hash="529f4e21fe46593c992bd09a57ad8599aa3e074b57ad69cc4340239d20da82ef" dmcf-pid="XZFwdp9HY1" dmcf-ptype="general">지난해 2억 원의 손해를 보고 햄버거 집을 폐업한 김병현은 최근 하루 평균 고객만 2000명인 양재 한 푸드코트에 새 매장을 오픈한 터.</p> <p contents-hash="7e95c08630043bf171dbb28df6d38856de4b5ddc3ff93add61cb800b9dd7b545" dmcf-pid="Z53rJU2XZ5" dmcf-ptype="general">숱한 실패로 ‘폐업계의 아버지’로 통하는데 대해 김병현은 “이번엔 다르다. 감이 좋다. 성공의 본보기가 될 수 있도록 문을 연지 한 달 됐는데 오픈 발이 벌써 꺾인 것 같다. 한참 매출이 잘 올라가다가 일본 전지훈련을 가느라 2주간 자리를 비웠는데 돌아와서 보니 매출이 절반 정도로 떨어졌다”라고 쓰게 말했다.</p> <p contents-hash="3c3a2ca8834d84bcabb98236a25d3afdcae47639efba6d2b4b01c2cb83f971ca" dmcf-pid="1tpsn7f51X" dmcf-ptype="general">이에 자영업 선배로서 김병현의 가게를 방문한 박명수는 “오픈 발은 보통 3개월 본다. 이론상으론 지금 손님이 제일 많을 때다. 심지어 ‘김병현 효과’가 있어야 하는데 그 효과까지 없다”라고 냉정하게 평가했다.</p> <p 벌었다. 벌써 20년 됐다”며 “해당 프랜차이즈 전국 매출 1위였다. 그땐 내가 직접 오토바이를 몰고 배달을 했다. 여의도에서 불꽃 축제가 있을 땐 100마리 튀겨서 나가는 순간 다 팔렸다. 그때 매출을 많이 올렸다. 난 어떤 일을 하든 열심히 하는 편”이라고 답했다.</p> <p
