시선으로 영화가 진행되는데, 그에 상응하는 이들이 하나같이 불법을 조장하거나 관망하는 비겁한 인물이다. 흥미로운 점은 그 희생양으로 젊은 프로골퍼(강해림)를 설정했다는 건데 이는 성적 혹은 자본의 대상화가 되어버린 약자를 향한 감독의 시선을 반영한 결과기도 하다.</p> <div dmcf-ptype="general">부정부패를 소재로 사용했지만 그것을 정면으로 고발한다거나 폐부를 찌르겠다는 예리함은 없다. 이해가 되는 지점은 <로비>가 각잡고 사회고발을 주제로 한 작품이 아니라는 사실이다. 콘셉트와 대사들, 엉뚱한 상황에서 좌충우돌하는 캐릭터들의 향연이 중요하기에 그런 예리함까지 기대하는 게 과욕일 수 있을 것이다.</p> <p 대사의 밀도나 캐릭터들 개성이 분명하다는 미덕이 있었다. <로비>에선 그런 재기발랄함도 무뎌진 모습이다. 코미디 요소의 절제인지 감독의 의도를 영화로만 파악하기엔 불분명하지만, 좀 더 밀고 나갔어도 좋았을 코미디들이 다소 희미해진 게 아쉽다.</p> <div
