contents-hash="d24feb2fc12df15c3f75235a7cea059e79c4788a31f6e724fe94197b9e247891" dmcf-pid="px7BBKQ05l" dmcf-ptype="general">27일 밤 MBC '실화탐사대'에서는 남편 외도로 20년 가까이 상처를 안고 살아왔다는 여성의 이야기가 전파를 탔다. </p> <p contents-hash="c6c89bef9147833efcb86debf62d13b7f8b69069915901146409ad067fc46c43" dmcf-pid="UMzbb9xpth" dmcf-ptype="general">김정희(가명) 씨는 결혼 초부터 남편의 여성 편력으로 마음고생이 심했다. 그러던 약 17년 전 남편이 동네 미용실을 운영하는 박영숙(가명) 씨와 불륜 관계에 있는 것을 목격했다. 김 씨는 당시 남편에게 "해당 미용실에 가지 말라"고 했고, 그렇게 둘의 관계가 끝난 줄 알았다.</p> <p contents-hash="ff17aa931b80725b0fca90674fa114d5f921206208587b9aff87bf24c9694a2e" dmcf-pid="uRqKK2MUHC" dmcf-ptype="general">그러나 2022년 우연히 남편 휴대전화에서 다시 불륜 정황을 포착한 김 씨는 분노를 삭이며 박 씨에게 전화를 걸었다. 김 씨는 "내가 집사람이다. 앞으로 남편과 연락 안했으면 좋겠다"며 정중히 말했지만, 박 씨가 오히려 욕설과 함께 "내가 너희 신랑이랑 붙어먹었다 어쩔래. 간통죄도 없어졌는데 어쩔래"라며 맞섰다고 당시 심정을 전했다. 이후 김 씨 또한 법적 대응에 나서면서 두 사람의 무차별 고소전이 시작됐다.</p> <p contents-hash="47c5940bcf8de3296d838687b2dfc049ed0f1c4052bff70bd0f0d5560eecc115" dmcf-pid="bBH55tqyGr" dmcf-ptype="general">김 씨는 이 과정에서 박 씨뿐만 아니라 주변 이웃, 시청 관계자, 경찰관 등을 포함해 무려 백 건이 넘는 고소장을 제출한 것으로 알려졌다. 김 씨는 "경찰, 판사, 검사, 변호사, 미용실 원장, 사건 맡았던 변호사 다 고소했고, 이 사건 관련된 사람들 다 고소했다"며 "한 100건 정도 되겠죠. 한 40명, 50명 정도 된다"고 말했다.</p> <p contents-hash="403017177edeb9dc41d38f1e9bc67829ffc6462b48008a33bff025bc96eb6221" dmcf-pid="KbX11FBWGw" dmcf-ptype="general">박 씨는 "(김 씨에게서) 고소장이 계속 날아오더라. 이제는 고소장만 보면 가슴이 두근거린다"고 호소했다. 그러면서 "(김 씨가) 자신과의 모든 갈등 상황을 촬영한 뒤 편집해 증거로 활용한다"며 "이에 사실과 다르지만 사실처럼 보이는 부분이 있어 억울하다"고 주장했다.</p> <p contents-hash="a4390ec2e0c039f654ecd1385fb271df52ab4f3ca16669b2c317a048e7fa5362" dmcf-pid="9KZtt3bYHD" dmcf-ptype="general">반면 김 씨는 100건 이상의 고소가 "가정을 지키기 위한 정당한 행동"이라고 항변했다. 해당 사건은 1심에서 김 씨의 승소, 2심에서는 박 씨의 승소로 마무리된 뒤 현재 대법원 판결을 기다리는 중이다. </p> <p
