'룰라 멤버였던 이상민이 출연에 도움을 줬냐'고 하길래 '아니요, 안 도와줬다'고 할 수 없어서 그랬겠죠 식으로 말을 했다"고 밝혔다.<br><br>통화를 마치고 30분 후부터 '이상민이 신정환을 꽂아줬다'는 기사가 쏟아지면서 마치 이상민이 그를 섭외한 것처럼 분위기가 조성됐다.<br></p> <figure class="figure_frm 없다"며 "형 팬들은 이상민 앞길 막는다고 비난하고, 제작진은 본방 때 편집을 많이 해서 재미없게 나갔다"고 토로했다.<br><br>온라인상에 돌아다니는 '김희철 짤'에 대해서도 언급했다. 강병규는 "선의라고 했는데 희철이가 심했다"고 지적했다. 이에 신정환은 "전날 내가 김희철에게 부탁한 것"이라고 해명했다.<br><br>신정환은 "녹화 전날 오랜만에 도박도박" 필리핀 뎅귀" 등 그와 관련된 도박 논란을 개그화했다.<br><br>신정환은 "함박웃음은 김희철 아이디어였지만, 다른 건 내가 다 시켜준 거"라며 "김희철이 비난받을 줄은 몰랐다. 상처받았을까봐 연락을 했는데 그 후 전화번호 바뀌었더라"고 이야기했다.<br><br>김희철을 향한 비난을 생각도 못했 다는 신정환은 "이렇게 사람들이 많이 볼 줄 몰랐다. 그건 프로그램에서 뿌린 짤이다. 도움 됐다고 하면 또 논란이 될 테니 고맙고 미안하다. 부탁할 사람이 너밖에 없었다. 너라면 유쾌하게 넘어갔을 것 같다"고 사과했다.<br></p> <figure class="figure_frm origin_fig" "리액션이 편집 많이 됐다"고 설명했다.<br><br>한편 신정환은 2011년 6월 해외 원정 도박 혐의로 징역 8개월을 선고받고 법정 구속됐으나 같은 해 12월 가석방됐다. 필리핀에서 도박을 하다가 방송에 무단 불참하면서 구설에 오르자 뎅기열에 걸려 귀국하지 못했다고 밝혔지만 거짓말이 들통나며 방송계를 떠나게 됐다.<br><br>김은정 텐아시아 기자
