공동 제작 ‘서장훈의 이웃집 백만장자’에서는 우리가 아는 수많은 기업의 로고를 탄생시킨 장본인 ‘대한민국 1세대 CI 디자이너’ 구정순이 출연한다. 구정순은 1980년대 초반 국내 최초의 CI 전문 회사를 설립, 50여 년 동안 굵직한 기업들의 로고를 디자인하며 유명세를 떨쳤다.</p> <p 대학교 처음 들어가서 농구대잔치 MVP 상품으로 이 핸드폰을 받았다. 아무도 핸드폰이 없을 때 나 혼자만 있어서 필요가 없었다”라며 ‘웃픈’ 추억담을 꺼내놓기도 한다. “길에 다니면 거의 제가 했던 프로젝트라 기분이 좋았다”라는 구정순은 “로고 하나에 땅값만큼 받았다”라고 밝히며 클라스가 다른 몸값을 자랑한다.</p> <p 않게 어린 나이에 회사 대표가 됐다”라며 이야기를 시작한다. 1980년대 명동에서 회사를 시작했던 구정순은 밤 10시만 되면 건물 불이 꺼져 야근에 어려움을 겪었다고 한다. 당시 우연히 알게 된 부동산 주인의 추천으로 평당 200만 원의 청담동 땅을 구매해 건물을 짓게 됐다는 것이었다. 그저 일을 더 열심히 하기 위해 산 땅은 30여 년이 흐른 뒤 ‘청담동 명품거리’가 됐다. ‘압구정 키즈’ 서장훈은 “제가 2살 때부터 압구정동에 살아서 이쪽을 굉장히 잘 안다”라며 청담동의 변천사와 충격적인 현재의 건물 가치에 대해 이야기한다.</p> <p contents-hash="1a3a9cd548d6fdaf74abdee53e2639fb4daa76734d9365aa08249d44c0cf3c90"
