           증거 자료 요청 후 연락을 끊고 잠적한 것으로 알려졌다.해당 제보자는 녹취에서 “여자친구 폰에서 고액 송금 캡처와 각서 사진을 봤다.비밀유지 각서 뒷장에 두 사람 지장이 찍혀 있었고, 배상액은 30억으로 쓰여 있었다”고 주장했다.
