 ‘팜유’ 박나래, 이장우가 튀르키예 이스탄불의 대표 길거리 음식인 ‘코코레치’를 두고 팽팽하게 맞선다. 
 6월 27일 방송되는 MBC ‘나 혼자 산다’에서는 ‘팜유’ 전현무, 박나래, 이장우의 ‘제4회 팜유 세미나 in 튀르키예 이스탄불’ 현장이 공개된다.
 ‘팜유 대장’ 전현무가 준비한 숙소에 짐을 풀고 본격적인 ‘제4회 팜유 세미나’를 위한 미식 여행을 시작한 세 사람은 거리에서 풍기는 맛있는 향기에 매료된다. 가장 먼저 반응한 건 ‘팜유 막내’ 이장우. 여행 전부터 그가 가장 먹고 싶어 했던 길거리 음식인 ‘코코레치(양 내장을 곱창으로 감싼 숯불 꼬치)’가 눈앞에 등장하자, 전현무와 박나래는 즉석에서 테이블을 잡고 ‘팜유 세미나’를 진행한다.
 메뉴를 둘러싸고 씹는 맛을 살리는 ‘덩어리파’ 박나래와 잘게 다져 풍미를 살리는 ‘조순파(?)’ 이장우 사이에 팽팽한 토론이 펼쳐진다. 두 가지 스타일의 ‘코코레치’ 메뉴가 등장하자, ‘팜유 대장’ 전현무의 선택에 이목이 집중된다. 두 메뉴의 맛을 본 그는 “이건 장르가 달라!”라고 입을 떼는데, 과연 누구의 손을 들어 줄지 기대가 쏠린다.
 또한 ‘팜유 세미나’는 유럽 구시가지와 신시가지를 오가며 차원이 다른 미식의 세계를 보여줄 예정이다. 페리를 타고 보스포루스 해협을 건넌 세 사람은 걸음마다 펼쳐진 음식들의 향연에 흥을 터트린다.
 특히 튀르키예 이스탄불하면 빠질 수 없는 아이스크림 퍼포먼스에 농락(?)당하는 전현무, 애타게 찾던 ‘홍합밥’의 매력에 빠진 이장우. 그리고 광배를 풀 가동해 낚시의 손맛을 본 박나래까지 튀르키예 이스탄불을 온몸으로 즐기는 ‘팜유 세미나’가 풍성한 재미를 선사할 예정이다.
 그런가 하면 ‘팜유’의 첫 가족사진도 포착됐다. 전통 복식으로 갈아입고 근엄한 ‘술탄’으로 변신한 전현무, 기품이 넘치는 퀸 박나래, 굶주린 전사가 된 이장우의 모습이 폭소를 자아낸다. 27일 오후 11시 10분 방송.
