 27일 방송되는 채널A ‘하트페어링’ 최종회에서 입주자 10인 상윤-수아-우재-제연-지민-지원-찬형-창환-채은-하늘의 ‘최종 선택’을 진행하며 화려한 피날레를 맺는다. 
 앞서 16회 예고편에서는 4주간의 일정 끝에 마지막 선택만을 남겨둔 입주자들의 다양한 감정과 소감이 공개됐다. 예고편에서 지민은 “못 했던 말은 한마디도 없이 다 했어”라며 후련한 표정을 드러내는가 하면, 그동안 감정의 폭을 크게 드러내지 않았던 제연은 마지막 밤 끝내 ‘눈물’을 보여, 전말에 궁금증이 모인다.

 한편, ‘페어링하우스’ 일정 내내 자신을 좋아해 준 ‘창환’과 자연스럽게 끌렸던 ‘지민’ 사이에서 고민했던 마지막 입주자 수아는, “마음에 솔직할 용기가 생겼어”라며 누군가에게 엽서를 써, 수아의 마지막 선택에도 시선이 집중된다. 또 상윤은 “이런 기회는 평생 없을 것 같아”, 창환은 “마음이 시키는 대로 해서, 후회는 없어”라며 확고한 결정을 내린 듯한 모습을 보이는가 하면, 최종 선택 장소에서 대기 중인 입주자들이 인연을 나눴던 누군가와 마지막 통화를 나누는 현장도 이어진다.
