 [TV리포트=남금주 기자] NCT '러브 토크' 팀 무대에 혹평이 쏟아졌다. 
 28일 방송된 SBS 'B:MY BOYZ'(이하 '비 마이 보이즈')에서는 1라운드 NCT 콘셉트 배틀이 펼쳐졌다.
 이날 무대에 오른 '러브 톡(Love Talk)' 팀(최요한, 스타차이, 양성희, 디디, 장원, 김보현)은 "저희는 섹시 토크 팀"이라고 소개했다. 이에 쟈니는 "전 찍 섹시 쟈니다. 전 13살부터 섹시했다"라고 너스레를 떨며 긴장을 풀어주려 했다. 
 김보현은 "능동적으로 선택한 곡은 아니고, 다른 팀원들이 선택하지 못한 곡을 저희가 맡게 되었다"라고 밝혔다. 선택받지 못한 6인으로 이루어진 팀이었다. 최요한은 "착잡하면서 (마음이) 무겁기도 하고"라고 했고, 장원은 "하나둘씩 떠나가는데 부끄러우면서도 그 정도로 못했나 싶었다"라고 고백했다.

 김보현은 잔뜩 기죽은 팀원들에게 "1등하고 싶다. 우리를 고르지 않았지만 슬퍼하지 말자"라며 팀원들에게 용기를 불어넣었다. 만장일치로 리더가 된 김보현은 각자 원하는 파트로 분배했다. 음이 안 올라가거나 춤을 따라오지 못하는 등 각자 버거운 게 보였지만, 팀원들은 괜찮다고 했다. 김보현은 "쓴소리를 못했던 것 같다"라고 고백했다. 
 이윽고 중간 점검 시간. 스타차이는 시작부터 목소리가 나오지 않았고, 최요한은 가사를 잊어버렸다. 총체적 난국인 상황에 마스터즈는 모두 말을 잇지 못했다. 이유정은 "아무도 무대 못 올라간다. 정말 심각하다"라고 일갈했고, 유주 역시 "당장 춤, 노래가 문제가 아니고 전체적으로 마인드 세팅을 해야할 것 같다"라고 밝혔다. 리아킴은 "'난 언더'라는 걸 받아들인 것 같다"라고 지적했다. 
 중간점검 후 김보현은 자신의 파트를 소화하지 못하는 디디에게 파트를 옮기는 게 어떻냐고 제안했지만, 자신의 실력이 부족하다고 생각하는 디디는 "난 오직 연습한 파트만 괜찮다"라며 거부했다. 경연 3일을 앞두고 김보현은 디디에게 왜 개인 연습을 하지 않는지 말했지만, 디디는 열심히 했다고 답했다.

 하루 전날 리허설 시간에도 마스터즈는 걱정이 가득했다. 진호는 "전원이 뭘 하려는지 모르겠다"라고 했다. 유주는 "가장 멋진 드라마를 쓸 수 있는 팀인데, 반쯤 포기한 분위기가 센 것 같다"라며 리더인 김보현에게 팀원들과의 소통에 대해 물었다. 결국 김보현은 고개를 푹 숙인 채 눈물을 보였다. 
 이들의 무대를 본 NCT 샤오쥔은 "외국인이 많아서 쉽지 않은 팀이었다고 생각한다"라며 소통의 문제가 있었는지 물었다. 그렇단 대답에 샤오쥔은 "왠지 그렇게 보이더라"라고 지적했다. 텐은 "단체같은 마음이 아닌 것 같다. 곡 이해력이 부족한 멤버들이 있는 것 같다"라며 "앞으로도 원하지 않는 곡을 하게 되는 상황이 생길 수 있다. 그럴 때 어떻게 자기 느낌으로 소화할 수 있을지 생각했으면 좋겠다"라고 조언했다. 
 정우는 "각자가 맡은 역할을 확실히 못 보여준 느낌을 받았다"라고 밝혔다. 쟈니는 스타차이의 보컬을 칭찬했다. 김보현은 디디에게 사과하며 "난 좋은 리더가 아니다"라며 디디를 다독였다.
