카페 여직원 음료에 본인 체액을…엽기적 범죄에 소유 "너무 불쾌해" ('히든아이')

 [TV리포트=한수지 기자] 카페 여직원의 음료에 본인의 체액을 넣은 범죄 행위가 공개돼 충격을 안겼다. 
 21일 방송된 MBC에브리원 '히든아이'에서는 MC 김성주, 김동현, 박하선, 소유가 출연해 현실에서 발생한 다양한 범죄 사례를 소개했다. 
 이날 '권일용의 범죄 규칙'에서는 차량이 한 카페를 4차례나 들이받는 사건이 다뤄졌다. 
 공개된 영상에는 경기도의 한 카페에 검은색 승용차가 돌진하는 충격적인 장면이 포착됐다. 해당 승용차는 이에 그치지 않고, 이번에는 창가를 향해 여러 차례 돌진했다. 카페 안에서는 손님들이 혼비백산해 도망쳤고, 순식간에 아수라장이 됐다.
 이를 보던 프로파일러 표창원은 "차가 흉기다, 흉기"라고 경악했다. 가해 남성은 카페 사장에게 빌린 돈을 달라고 요구했지만, 카페 사장이 자신의 말을 무시했다고 주장한 것으로 전해졌다. 반면 카페 사장은 이미 돈을 다 갚아 대응할 필요가 없다고 주장하고 있었다. 
 가해 남성은 사건 당일 카페 사장에게 계속 전화를 했고, 전화를 받지 않자 '내 전화 안 받으면 너 나랑 같이 죽는거야'라고 협박성 문자를 보냈다. 카페 사장이 문자에도 답하지 않자 가해 남성은 술을 마시고 범행을 저질렀다. 
 프로파일러 권일용은 "당시 가해 남성의 0.06%로 면허정지 수준이었다. 금전적 문제가 아니라 상대의 태도와 행동에 대한 일방적 해석으로 인한 분노 감정 표출로 보인다"라고 설명했다. 
 다행히 인명피해는 없었지만, 1억원의 재산 피해가 발생됐다. 기해 남성은 특수재물손괴죄, 특수협박죄, 업무방해죄, 도로교통법상 음주운전 혐의를 받았다. 다만, 잘못을 반성하고 카페 주인과 합의한 점을 고려해 징역 2년, 집행유예 3년형이 내려졌다.

 이를 듣던 김동현은 "돈을 받으러 갔다가 돈을 주고 왔다"라고 팩폭을 날렸다. 
 더욱 충격적인 카페 테러사건도 소개됐다. 영상에서 한 남성은 카페 여직원의 음료에 순식간에 무언가를 넣었다. 해당 남성은 여직원이 음료를 먹는 것까지 확인한 후 자리를 떠났다. 
 소유는 "물뽕 같은 마약 아니냐?"라고 의심했다. 하지만 음료에 넣은 것은 해당 남성의 체액이었다. 여직원은 음료에서 역하고 비린 맛이 나자 음료를 뱉었다. 당시 카페에는 여직원과 남성 뿐이었고, 여직원은 CCTV를 확인 후 남성을 신고했다.
 김동현은 "어떻게 하다 사상이 저렇게 됐을까"라고 탄식했고, 김성주는 "너무 더러운 범죄다"라고 분노했다. 소유 역시 "너무 불쾌하다. 처벌을 제대로 받았으면 좋겠다"라고 공분했다. 
 경찰 조사에서 가해 남성은 "성적 만족을 위해 범행을 저질렀다"라고 밝혀 더욱 경악을 자아냈다. 
 생활 속에서 언제든지 발생할 수 있는 범죄 사례들을 통해 경각심을 불러일으킬 프로그램 '히든아이'는 매주 월요일 오후 7시 40분에 방송을 통해 시청할 수 있다.
