손연재 "올림픽 어떻게 나간 거야"…운동 싫다는 '체조요정'

 전 체조선수 손연재가 운동하며 괴로워했다. 21일 손연재 유튜브 채널에는 'VLOG 연재의 일주일 관리 브이로그 이거 맞나요…(?) ㅎㅎ 다이어트, 식단, 운동, 데이트'라는 제목의 영상이 공개됐다. 이날 손연재는 행사 초대에 급 관리하는 모습을 보였다. 그는 "친구들과 일본여행에서 식욕이 폭발했는데, 다음 주에 행사가 있다. 급하게 집중 관리를 해보려고 한다"고 전했다. 손연재는 관리를 위해 " 싫어하는 토마토 먹고 있다. 체리의 계절이 와서 몇 개 먹고, 남은 베이글에 크림치즈를 먹는다"면서 "이게 관리 식단이 맞는지"라고 자조해 웃음을 안겼다.

 운동과 식단 병행을 선언한 손연재는 "아기 키우며 영상 찍기가 쉽지 않다. 중간에 영상이 없을 수 없다"며 계획대로 안 되는 육아 일상을 토로했다. 피부과 관리 후 천국의 계단 홈트레이닝을 시작한 손연재는 "운동 진짜 하기 싫어"라며 하소연했다. 10분 계단 밟기 후 그는 "힘들다. 나 올림픽 어떻게 나간 거야"라고 한숨을 쉬어 눈길을 끌었다.

 필라테스 PT를 받은 손연재는 "아직 코어 운동에는 자신 있다"면서 거울에 비친 자신의 몸매를 감상했다. 이어 "배가 많이 돌아온 것 같다. 그런데 탄력은 안 돌아왔다"고 이애기했다. 행사에 참석한 손연재는 일자 쇄골라인으로 드레스핏을 뽐내며 집중 관리의 효과를 자랑했다. 본업 주부로 복귀한 그는 "큰 행사 다녀오니 좋은 경험이었다. 최고의 컨디션으로 가고 싶었는데, 아이 키우며 쉽지 않다. 행사에 잘생긴 사람이 그렇게 많더라. 눈 호강했다"며 웃음을 보였다. 김은정 텐아시아 기자 eun@tenasia.co.kr
