           가수 10CM가 헤이즈에게 곡을 빼앗겼다고 폭로했다.

           이에 헤이즈는 "내가 발매 일정까지 잡혀 있다는 걸 알았다면 안 그랬을 거다"라고 해명하며 진땀을 흘렸다. 그는 마지막 앨범 발매 단계에서 모니터링 도중 '입술'의 반응이 뜨거워 곡을 다시 가져오게 됐다며 권정열에게 미안한 마음을 전했다.
