          <p contents-hash="49a56bf121563d6c845ce25b54f4537ed043254a2acafb4ea74f9cb346fb5565" dmcf-pid="xpPs89TNhz" dmcf-ptype="general">A씨는 자신의 남편과 박시후가 주고 받은 것으로 보이는 문자 내용도 공개했다. '박시후'란 이름의 인물은 20201년 5월 A씨의 남편에게 한 여성의 계좌번호를 알려줬고, A씨의 남편은 여성의 SNS 사진을 박시후에게 전달했다.</p>

           <br>A씨는 박시후를 향해 "틱톡 호스트 계속 할 거냐. 통화 녹음도 갖고있다"라며 "고소하라. 난 애도 잃고 더 이상 잃을 것이 집, 차 빼고 딱히"라고 적었다.

          <p contents-hash="08ac668aa5904162cb9d7906af7b22b7eeedea0b1756129d4a85f2a5da2e5835" dmcf-pid="XSpi3ZA8C3" dmcf-ptype="general">박시후는 지난 2013년 성폭행 혐의로 피소돼 검찰 조사를 받았다. 그는 당시 김모씨와 술에 취한 연예인 지망생 A씨를 자신의 집에 데려가 각각 성폭행, 강제 추행한 혐의로 피소됐다. 이들은 A씨를 무고로 맞고소했다.</p>
          <p contents-hash="71d4e80261ed77fa969c2105149765a8af370f1c8af078810d735b93a7b12907" dmcf-pid="ZvUn05c6vF" dmcf-ptype="general">경찰은 당사자 진술, 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 동영상, 국립과학수사연구원 감정 결과 등을 토대로 박시후에 대해 준강간·강간치상 혐의를 적용해 기소 의견으로 검찰 송치했지만 피해 여성이 고소를 취소함에 따라 검찰은 박시후를 불기소 처분했다.</p>
