          <p contents-hash="0164ad2e7a1b3899ac2e467b22e7845bf52555d0750bca58ced631f6fd0db958" dmcf-pid="Y9dw45c6vS" dmcf-ptype="general">최근 진행된 2번의 변론기일에서 어도어와 뉴진스의 입장은 평행선을 달렸다. 어도어는 뉴진스가 돌아오기를 요청했으나, 뉴진스 멤버들은 이미 신뢰관계가 파탄났다며 합의 의사가 없음을 분명히 했다. </p>
          <p contents-hash="a86670940931ea6cdb2e48cf5c314615c0b421251de13ef044b90fdf7bf7d192" dmcf-pid="G2Jr81kPSl" dmcf-ptype="general">또한 뉴진스 멤버들은 3차 변론기일에서 탄원서를 통해 "저희에게 어도어로 돌아가라는 건 학교폭력 피해자에게 가해자가 있는 곳으로 돌아가라는 말과 같다. 저희와 함께하던 직원들은 이미 퇴사했고, 현재의 어도어는 저희 의견을 진정성 있게 받아들이지 않고 있다"라고 밝혔다. </p>
          <p contents-hash="0d777ff4067de30ac0e34b639257185188e10c6c507230fc345a97668b3d95c7" dmcf-pid="HVim6tEQWh" dmcf-ptype="general">반면 어도어는 멤버들과의 전속계약은 여전히 유효하며 "전속계약이 유지되면 멤버들은 최상의 연예 활동을 할 수 있고, 약속을 지키지 않는 연예인이라는 오명에서도 벗어날 수 있다. 위약금, 손해배상에서도 해방될 수 있다"라고 재차 복귀할 것을 요청했다. </p>
