 [티브이데일리 이기은 기자] ‘편스토랑’ 김강우, 아들들을 위한 요리 레시피가 공개됐다.
 22일 저녁 방송된 KBS2 예능프로그램 ‘신상출시 편스토랑’에서는 배우 김강우, 집, 와이프, 요리 레시피가 공개됐다.
 김강우는 이날 두 아들들에게 남기는 요리 레시피 3가지를 공개했다. 개 중 눈길을 끄는 것은 간단하지만 맛있는 마늘종볶음밥이었다.
 여기엔 단백질로 돼지고기 목살이 들어갔다. 그는 누린내를 없애기 위해 핏물을 빼면서 “다짐육도 좋지만 목살을 쓰면 씹히는 맛이 좋다”고 귀띔했다.
 소스로는 굴 소스, 맛술 등이 조금씩 들어갔다. 그는 프라이팬에 마늘종과 고기를 좀 볶다가 물을 넣고 졸이기 시작했다. 간이 더 깊숙이 배도록 졸이는 것이었다.

 이어 토핑은 다른 곳에 놓아두고, 고슬고슬한 1분 즉석밥을 1분만 전자렌지에 데운다. 달걀을 약불에 스크램블처럼 살짝 익혔을 때 밥을 넣고 조금 볶다가 마지막으로 만들어놓은 돼지고기 목살 마늘종볶음을 넣고 함께 섞어주면 된다.
 이정현은 “그냥 너무 상상이 가는 맛이다. 너무 맛있겠다”고 말했고, 김강우 역시 평범한 듯 맛있는 레시피라고 강조했다.
