 [TV리포트=배효진 기자] 배우 이민정이 첫째 아들 준후의 우울감을 고백하며 둘째 출산 이후 겪은 육아 고충을 털어놨다.
 지난 22일 채널 '이민정 MJ'에는 '골프장에서 만나 육아로 똘똘 뭉친 세 여자 MJ 힐링 도와주러 출동한 박인비, 손연재'라는 제목의 영상이 공개됐다. 
 영상에는 이민정과 함께 전 체조선수 손연재, 골프선수 박인비가 출연해 육아와 인생에 대한 깊은 대화를 나눴다.
 박인비는 둘째 출산 후 달라진 삶을 이야기하며 "첫째만 키울 땐 운동이 더 힘들다고 했는데, 둘째를 낳고 보니 육아 멘탈이 더 어렵더라"고 고충을 토로했다. 이에 손연재는 "멘탈이 세계 1등이지 않느냐"고 농담했지만 박인비는 "육아 멘탈은 또 다르다"며 현실 육아의 어려움을 공감했다.
 이민정도 두 아들을 키우며 겪은 경험을 털어놨다. 그는 "첫째가 갑자기 안 하던 행동을 하거나 우울감을 보일 수 있다", "8살이나 차이가 나는 준후가 어느 날 학교에서 우울해 보인다고 선생님에게 연락이 왔다"고 전해 놀라움을 안겼다.
 이어 "당시 저희가 준후만 데리고 이병헌 씨가 참석한 피렌체 영화제에 갔다. 엄마, 아빠와 단둘이 시간을 보내고 나서 많이 풀린 것 같다"고 말했다. 이후 준후는 학교 숙제로 '가장 행복했던 순간'을 그리는 과제에서 피렌체 성당 앞에서 엄마와 함께했던 장면을 표현했다고도 전했다. 
 이민정은 "준후가 '가장 아름다웠던 순간'이라고 하더라. 그 말에 울컥했다. 그 이후로는 둘째 서이를 무척 예뻐한다"며 훈훈한 변화도 덧붙였다.
 이에 손연재는 "오늘 이후로 둘째 아이에 대해 다시 고민해보겠다"며 너스레를 떨어 웃음을 자아냈다.
