          <p contents-hash="7446cb020e6c5411d93b0761c59aff48e74bf91c6f7f0897fe7f0a5c21a46708" dmcf-pid="7tPHb3LKhz" dmcf-ptype="general">이번 청년 직무 멘토링은 엔터테인먼트 업계 취업을 희망하는 청년들에게 현직자의 경험을 공유하고 청년들의 진로에 대한 실직적 조언과 설계를 위해 마련됐다. △A&amp;R(Artists &amp; Repertoire) △IP전략운영 △MD기획 △결산회계 △인사운영(채용) △총무Ⅰ(경영지원) △총무Ⅱ(부서관리) △팝업스토어 공간운영 등 총 8개 분야에서 멘토 1명당 멘티 5~10명이 매칭되는 소그룹 형식으로 진행됐다.</p>

          <p contents-hash="6418347e7b2fddb3e222ca2be26d5cf1d3016bedfbc2a58d06ccfbe8390e2fdd" dmcf-pid="q3xZ9pg2Su" dmcf-ptype="general">이번 행사에 참가한 멘티들은 “일반적인 멘토링 프로그램은 많지만, 엔터테인먼트에 전문적으로 맞춰진 멘토링 프로그램들은 거의 없었는데, 앞으로 내가 원하는 직무를 진행하려면 어떤 방향으로 준비해야 되는지 알 수 있는 시간이었다. 이런 시간을 마련해주어서 감사하다”고 전했다. </p>
