 배우 이유진이 반지하를 탈출해 이사한 집을 공개했다. 
 8월 27일 채널 '이유 zip'에는 '보증금 4천으로 어떻게 이 집에 들어왔을까? 방법&amp;홈투어. 레전드 채광. 신축 아파트 HOME TOUR EP.1'이라는 제목의 영상이 업로드됐다. 
 앞서 이유진은 MBC 예능 '나 혼자 산다'에서 반지하 집을 감성 있게 꾸미고 사는 일상을 공개해 화제를 모았다. 이후 이유진은 2023년 11월경 방 4개, 화장실 2개가 있는 신축 아파트로 이사한 소식을 전했다.
 영상 속 새 집은 가전과 가구로 가득 채워져 있었다. 이에 대해 이유진은 "엄마가 왜 벌써 혼수를 다 해놨냐고 그러는데 굳이 결혼할 때 다 버리고 하는 것보다 혼수를 해놓는 것도 나쁘지 않은"이라고 너스레를 떨었다. 
 이유진은 전세 2억 원 아파트에 청년 버팀목 전세자금 대출을 활용해 입주했다. 
 이유진은 "내 돈은 4천만 원이 들어갔다. 20%만 내고 이 집에 들어왔다. 정부 지원 사업 중에 청년 버팀목 전세자금 대출이라는 게 있다. 거기 조건만 해당되면 누구나 신청할 수 있다. 4천만 원만 내면 1억 6천을 은행에서 내준다. 대출에 대한 이자를 매달 내면 된다"라고 설명했다. 
 이어 이유진은 "반지하 살 때는 월세를 35만 원씩 냈다. 지금 이자로 내는 돈이 비슷하다. 그래서 매달 내는 금액은 그때 내던 거랑 크게 차이가 없다. '이게 가능하다고?' 믿기지가 않았는데 매니저 형이 근처에 신혼집을 꾸리셨는데 정부사업에 대해 알려주셨다. 아는 게 힘이라고 그거를 이번에 이사하면서 깨달은 거 같다"라고 털어놨다. 
 한편 이유진 부친은 '여명의 눈동자', '영웅시대', '야망의 전설', '불멸의 이순신', '공주의 남자' 등에 출연한 배우 이효정이다.
