 '4인용식탁' 율희가 이혼 후 우울증을 고백했다.  29일 방송된 채널A '절친 토큐멘터리-4인용식탁'에서는 38년 차 배우 방은희가 절친 율희, 양소영 변호사와 함께 출연했다. 율희는 21세에 임신, 22세에 첫 아이를 출산했다. 엄마 권유로 아이돌이 된 그는 "엄마가 임신 소식을 알고 엄청 속상해하셨다. 엄마가 23살에 출산해서 '넌 나처럼 살지 않길 바랐는데'라며 우셨다"고 전했다.

 육아 스트레스에 지쳤던 율희는 "어느 날 엄마가 아이들에게 '너희 엄마도 내 딸이다'라고 하셨다. 아이돌 활동하며 외롭다는 느낌을 받았는데, '내가 아직 기댈 수 있는 존재가 있구나' 싶었다. 울타리가 생긴 느낌"이라며 고마움을 전했다. 세 아이와 면접 교섭을 통해 만나고 있는 율희는 "아이들은 항상 보고 싶다. 8살 아들이 '엄마 보고 있는데도 보고 싶다'고 한다. 또 '엄마보다 예쁜 여자를 만날 때까지 엄마가 1순위'라고 하더라"며 돈독한 관계를 자랑했다. 율희는 부모님께 차마 이혼 소식을 알리지 못했었다고 털어놓으며 "'나 이혼해야 할 것 같다. 아무것도 묻지 말아달라'고 했었다. 이후 이혼 과정을 기사로 알게 되셨는데, '왜 몇 년 동안 얘기를 안 했냐'면서 오열하시더라"며 마음 아픈 이야기를 꺼냈다.

 이혼 사유를 밝히지 않았던 이유를 묻자 율희는 "용기 안 나서 무서웠고, 내 얼굴에 침 뱉기라고 생각했다"면서 아이들 위해서라도 깔끔한 이혼을 원한다고 설명했다. 율희가 어릴 때부터 봐오던 방은희는 "지금도 도움을 안 청하더라"며 안타까워했고, 이혼 담당인 양소영 변호사는 "'뛰어야 산다' 할 때도 쓰러질 때까지 달리더라. 자신을 안 아낀다"며 걱정했다. 이혼 후 소속사 권유로 정신건강의학과 상담을 받은 율희는 "우울증 진단을 받았다. 환경 변화 때문인 줄 알았는데, 우울증으로 인한 무기력증, 불면증이더라. 약물치료 권할 정도였는데, 달리기 시작 후 약도 끊고 불면증도 사라졌다. 나와의 싸움은 인생 평생이구나 싶더라"며 한 뼘 성장한 모습을 보였다.

 한편, 라붐 출신 율희는 2017년 11월 FT아일랜드 최민환과 혼전 임신 후 2018년 1월 결혼했으나, 2023년 이혼했다. 이후 율희는 최민환의 유흥업소 출입과 성추행 의혹을 폭로했고, 최민환은 율희의 잦은 가출과 육아 방치 등 생활 태도 문제 때문이었다고 반박했다. 최민환이 양육권과 친권을 가지고 있었으나, 율희는 지난해 최민환을 상대로 위자료, 재산분할, 양육권 및 친권 변경을 위한 소송을 제기했다. 김은정 텐아시아 기자 eun@tenasia.co.kr
