contents-hash="e18da9edcd940b4e918f0e985fe6fae39e34130a12f7b3c89e389042fcd0fde0" dmcf-pid="qXjnBQvatf" dmcf-ptype="general">이날 신애라는 건강 강의와 관련 책의 중요성을 강조하며 "사실 열어보면 다 아는 얘기다. 그럼에도 자꾸 봐야지, 그렇지 않으면 알고 dmcf-ptype="general">신애라는 또 "많은 전문가들이 말하길 건강한 삶을 위해선 '친구'가 필요하다. 어떤 공동체는 누군가 아프면 그 사람을 위해 십시일반 모아 그 사람을 돕는다더라. 또 어떤 공동체는 같이 모여서 맛있는 걸 먹고 웃음을 나눈다. 나이가 들수록 친구는 꼭 필요하다. 그룹이어도 좋고 몇 명만 있어도 좋고 단 한 명만 있어도 연락을 해도 친구가 될 수 없다. 난 사실 그걸 못했다. 친구가 많은 편이라 오는 전화만 받기도 바빠서 잘 챙기지 못했는데 '애라는 내가 생각하는 만큼 나를 생각하지 않아'하며 서운해 하는 친구들이 있었더라. 그래서 미안한 마음이 들었다"라고 털어놨다.</p> <p
