한층 편안한 표정을 보였다. 그리고는 "혼자 탈 수 있겠어?"라는 엄마의 질문에 고개를 끄덕였다. 그렇게 금쪽이는 두려움에 망설이면서도 용기내 혼자 엘리베이터 탑승하기에 성공했다. 엄마는 승강기 문이 열리고 금쪽이가 등장하자 환한 미소로 반기며 응원했다.</p> <p 찾았다. 그렇게 48분이 흘렀고, 인내에 한계가 온 듯한 금쪽이는 부모를 찾아 잠시 나갔다 오더니 숨죽여 눈물만 흘렸다. 이제는 단 10분이 남은 상황. 금쪽이는 다시 부모를 찾아 차에 갔다. 차 안에 있던 엄마는 "6분 남았는데"라고 아쉬워하면서도 "잘했다"라며 금쪽이를 안아줬다. 그러더니 "50분 동안 너무 힘들었을 거 같아"라고 위로했다.</p> <p "아이 마음 안에서는 양가 감정이 있다. 발전하고 도전하고 앞으로 나가고 싶은 마음과 아기처럼 분리되고 싶지 않은 감정이 갈등을 하고 있는데, 어린 유아처럼 감싸 안아주는 건 나이에 맞는 반응이 아니다"라고 꼬집었다. </p> <p 잘 있으면서 집에서는 (부모가) 눈 앞에 보이지만 않아도 불안해 한다. 분리 불안이라고 볼 수 없다"라는 반전 발언으로 놀라움을 자아냈다. 그러면서 "금쪽이가 불안이 없는 건 아니나, 싫으면 경험을 거부한다"라며 금쪽이가 고집을 부리고 있다고 지적했다.</p> <p
