dmcf-pid="Z1LgeXe7nH" dmcf-ptype="general">11월 5일 방송된 TV조선 '이제 혼자다'에서는 율희가 양육권을 되찾으려는 모습이 전파를 탔다. </p> <p dmcf-pid="5yxR4S41eG" dmcf-ptype="general">율희는 지난해 12월 그룹 FT아일랜드 멤버 최민환과 양육권 및 위자료 재산 분할에 대한 논의를 하지 않고 협의 이혼한 바 있다. 두 사람 사이에는 1남 2녀가 있다. 그러나 율희는 최근 개인 채널 '율희의 집'을 통해 이혼 1년 전 최민환의 업소 출입 사실을 알게 됐다며 최민환과 업소 관계자의 통화 녹취록을 공개해 파장을 일으켰다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="1RYHSQSgdY" dmcf-ptype="general">이후 율희는 최민환을 상대로 양육권 및 위자료 재산 분할 청구에 대한 조정신청을 접수한 것으로 알려졌다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="tUAko3o9dW" dmcf-ptype="general">이날 제작진에 긴급 면담을 요청한 율희는 "전에 촬영했을 때는 어느 부분은 숨기고 싶고, 어느 부분은 말씀드리고 싶었다. 제 안에서도 조율이 필요했는데 지금은 하고 싶었던 이야기들을 편하게 말씀드릴 수 있을 것 같다"고 운을 뗐다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="FfClr9rRRy" dmcf-ptype="general">율희는 "저에 대한 사람들의 이미지가 제가 실제 살아온 엄마로서의 삶과 다르다는 것에 대한 속상함이 있었다. 그것 때문에 '이제 혼자다' 출연을 결심했다. 엄마로서 책임을 저버린 적 없고, 아이들을 버린 적 없다는 이야기를 하고 싶었다"고 전했다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="3iZ1WeWAnT" dmcf-ptype="general">최민환을 둘러싼 의혹을 뒤늦게 밝힌 이유에 대해 율희는 "그 누구보다도 밝히고 싶지 않았다. 양육권을 맡기고 나온 것도 1년 동안 사실 너무 힘들었다. 이성적으로 생각할 겨를이 없었다. 처음에 제가 아이들을 데려온다고 했을 때 하나하나 따질 수 없던 게 이혼 관련 지식이 없었다. 그냥 지치고, 괴롭고, 정신이 온전치 못하다고 느꼈기 때문에 무서웠다"고 털어놨다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="0MWGlPloRv" dmcf-ptype="general">이후 율희는 양육권 소송을 위해 변호사를 찾았다. 율희는 "작년 12월에 이혼하면서 양육권은 전남편이 가졌다. 조정 내용이 면접 교섭은 수시로 자유롭게 하고, 양육비와 재산분할은 0원이었다. 친권은 반반하려고 했는데 법원에서 한쪽으로 주는 게 낫다고 해서 전남편 쪽으로 갔다. 근데 다시 양육권을 가져오고 싶다"고 계획을 밝혔다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="pKmOkqkPdS" dmcf-ptype="general">변호사는 "언론에 나온 사유로 본인이 이혼을 선택했다면 2~3년 이내에 위자료 청구 소송, 재산 분할 소송이 가능하다"면서 "아이 셋 출산에 5년을 살았으면 짧은 건 아니다. 재산 분할을 충분히 할 수 있었는데 친권, 양육권 다 주고 왜 모든 권리를 포기했는지 이해가 잘 안 된다"고 안타까워했다. </p> <p dmcf-pid="Uh46KOKGil" dmcf-ptype="general">아이들의 미래가 걸린 만큼 어려운 양육권 소송. 율희는 답답함에 눈물을 흘리면서도 "제 의지는 확고하다. 힘들어도 어쩔 수 없다. 제가 한 선택이었으니까. 최대한 싸우기 싫고 좋게 좋게 하고 싶은데 시도 안 해보는 것보단 낫다. 1년 전에는 시도조차 안 했다. 그래서 지금 어려운 길이 됐지만 긴 싸움이 되더라도 잘 싸워 나갈 것"이라고 다짐했다.</p> <p dmcf-pid="ueGXvxvanh"
